Could I please have a spice cake recipe for special dietary needs?

Could I please have a recipe for an egg-free, lactose-free, wheat-free, gluten-free spice cake with caramel icing? My relative's Birthday is coming up and I can't seem to find a spice cake recipe that she can eat! I'm open to hearing other cake recipes too, if you don't happen to know of any spice cake ones, but I'd really love to make her favorite. Thank you!
