Would you agree that both progressives and social/neoconservatives are somewhat fascistic?

Progressives want a top-down, quasi-socialist economic system where bureaucrats run the economy and control you finances. Social Conservatives wants us to be a theocratic, anti-gay, bible-thumping nation and throw us back 500 years. Neoconservatives want a global militaristic state. Classical liberals, old school conservatives, and libertarians seem to be the only ones that promote freedom not fascism.
