She may or may not be pregnant, the real signs start showing at about 4 weeks? Im not sure. But some of the signs are, of course, getting fatter, kicks, she'll lay around more, she drinks more water. PLEASE, seperate them, if she isnt already pregnant, dont let her be. Guinea pig pregnancies are very risky and she COULD die. Im not saying she will, but its a possibility. After when she's about 8 months old, her pubic bones will close up, making it very hard for her to give birth.
