How do you make a creme based starbucks caramel frappuccino?not a coffee based one?

i am looking for a creme based caramel frappuccino and not a coffee one, i have been searching for one for ages but all i can find are coffee ones. I know it has ice and caramel, and milk? but i dont know what else, maybe a sweetener or something? please help i would love to know how to make one, thankyou!
