Why dont people have any respect for authritarianism anymore?

In the good old days, might made right, and if someone ruled with an iron fist, you feared them, and just shut up. But today, thanks to these selfish liberals, they want to live in some egalitarian society where the only real crime is, is torture, intolerance, and authoritarianism. And just look at the way anyone is treated who has an authoritarian grip. Some may be respected to their face, but are then backstabbed. Recently, someone made an anonymous hate group about their boss on facebook. and random people just sat there leaving hundreds of nasty and horrible comments, making that boss cry. These were just lazy employees who dont put obedience to their boss above everything in life. Pastors of Fundamentalist Churches are constantly sent hate mail. firm hard fisted Teachers are disrespected. Fascism has turned into an insult. Social norms are scoffed at. having good etiquette is seen as snooty. And those of us who have the humility to be obedient and ever loyal to those in authority are called self righteous sheeple. No one can even get into public office if they even so much as suggest a law be placed that could take away peoples "Rights". Its almost like rights have become more importance than knowing ones place and obedience to authority. Governments, organzed religion, and corporations are constantly berated and made fun of.
