Why do CONSERVATIVES deny that Fascism is far RIGHT wing and a variation of marxism?

History hasn't been on the side of Fascism(Hitler, Mussolini, Franco) and it's doctrine closely resembles that championed by the Right(Nationalism, Militarization, Corporatism). Marxism is a form of autocracy tho philosophically at odds with Fascism.
