Help on pranking my boyfriend?

That is hilarious! Im gonna have to remember that!! A really good prank i like its make him a lovely birthday cake. But only use a balloon filled with water.Ice it, and then ask him to cut it. As he plunges the knife in, the balloon will pop, sending icing all over him, and then the water will soak him, making him look like hes wet himself :D
