What kind of fascism is depicted in the film "Starship Troopers"?

It isn't exactly fascism. It is oligarchy, since voting is restricted to a limited group--in this case those with military service. Although the Sky Marshall is an authoritarian figure (a hallmark of fascism), he can be asked to step down by the Council if they are dissatisfied with his performance. The Federation is very peculiar. It is benevolent and harsh. There is no racial ethnic discrimination, but it is intolerent of dissent. The only disabilities it seems to tolerate are war wounds.
